Background
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a Federal Government initiative implemented by UNDP with EU support. It provides 12-month paid placements for young Nigerian graduates, helping bridge the gap between education and employment through structured workplace experience and mentorship across public and private institutions.
